Policy on Requests for Student Information

All international student data requests will be processed in accordance with Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) is dedicated to protecting international students and their information. Review the Texas State UPPS for more information.

As appropriate, ISSS may forward educational, curricular, and co-curricular information to international students on behalf of the sponsoring Texas State offices and organizations.

ISSS does not communicate commercial offerings or other information not directly sanctioned or sponsored by Texas State University.

If you would like International Student and Scholar Services to forward information to international students on behalf of a staff/faculty or a university-sponsored organization, please e-mail your request to international@txstate.edu.
